“Our prices for Bambino and Dwelf begin at $2,000.00 However, some of the kittens are priced a little higher or lower, so let me know which ones you are interested in and I will let you know that exact price.” We require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 when reserving a cat or kitten. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure the Purchaser’s intent to purchase the desired
cat or kitten. The deposit may be applied to another cat or kitten should the original kitten become unfit for sale, or buyer is unhappy with the kitten’s development. Only rarely do I sell breed or show kittens, and when I do, it is to reputable breeders with a proven history of raising Bambino or Dwelf in a loving environment. To be added to my waiting list, you must fill in the following form and submit to us.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
This cat or kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. Health is guaranteed for a period of 72 working hours from time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that if at all possible, to make your vet appointment ahead of time to accommodate this time allowance. If it is found to be medically deficient with an un-treatable or life-threatening problem, it
must be reported to the Seller immediately. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten or cat of equal value but Seller cannot guarantee color.
Breeder strongly suggests that the cat/kitten be quarantined from any existing animals in Buyer’s home for a minimum of 14 days. Any animal going into a new home will stress. Stress can cause slight upper respiratory problems (slight runny eyes or nose), diarrhea or constipation, increased temperature, and sometimes vomiting. Slight symptoms are considered normal.
If kitten has latent birth defects within one year of purchase date, (the breed trait of foreshortened front limbs in not considered a birth defect, but a trait of the breed itself and will not be considered as due cause)) breeder will replace the cat or kitten. Buyer must notify Breeder immediately upon suspicion of a birth defect. A written vet report will be required prior to replacement. The
replacement cat or kitten of equal value will be selected by mutual consent of Buyer and Breeder. This guarantee expires one year from purchase date. The cat or kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to provide immediate Veterinary care to any cat or kitten showing signs of illness or distress, and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification
by the Buyer to Seller. If a cat or kitten dies within the guarantee period despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
This cat or kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the cat or kitten die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat or kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed Vet and a Veterinarian certifies the cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion
of the breeder.
This contract is legally binding on the Buyer(s) and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.
